The science
speaks for itself.
A new way to think about targeted cancer treatment: preparing the tumor to become a better target.
Explore our visionOur vision
Make more tumors
within reach.
Targeted cancer treatments depend on finding the right biological features on a tumor. When those features are absent, scarce, or unevenly expressed, the reach of a treatment can be limited.
Resipsa is an early-stage biotechnology initiative exploring receptor priming: introducing or increasing therapeutically relevant receptors on cancer cells, with the goal of making tumors more susceptible to targeted treatment.
Our ambition is to expand what targeted therapies could do—and which tumors they could reach.
Research focus
Starting with radiopharmaceuticals.
Thinking beyond one treatment.
Our initial research direction focuses on receptor priming for targeted radiopharmaceutical therapy. The broader vision is to explore the concept across additional receptors, cancers, and treatment modalities.
Prepare the target.
Explore whether changing receptor availability on tumor cells could expand the potential of therapies that rely on those receptors to find and treat cancer.
Build on the biology.
Investigate where receptor priming could address meaningful treatment limitations, guided by tumor selectivity, biological feasibility, and patient need.
Our approach
AI helps ask better questions.
Evidence determines the answers.
We use AI-supported literature analysis, hypothesis development, and experimental planning to sharpen research questions. Scientific judgment and experimental validation remain essential to deciding what advances.
- Start with an unmet need.
Focus on a clear biological limitation that matters for targeted cancer treatment.
- Test the assumptions.
Turn the concept into questions that experiments can answer, including selectivity, function, and duration.
- Let the evidence lead.
Advance, refine, or stop a research direction based on what the data show.

Early research.
A clear direction.
Resipsa is in concept development and experimental planning. Experimental proof of concept has not yet been established. The approach remains investigational; safety and efficacy have not been demonstrated, and no Resipsa treatment is available for clinical use.
